In Commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the Japan-India Diplomatic Relations, the Consulate-General of Japan in Chennai is organising the Japanese.
Essay and Speech Contest for Basic, Intermediate and Advanced levels with the aim to encourage the students to express their own thoughts in Japanese and to give an opportunity to show their skill and ability to speak Japanese without hesitation. The theme of the competition is “Building a future for our Centenary.”
The Japanese Essay and Speech Contest is open for all. For participating in the preliminary contest, the contestants are requested to fill up the entry form along with their essay written in Japanese. Entries along with the Essay can be sent by Speed Post or Courier but should reach the Consulate-General of Japan (Culture Section ), 12/1 CenotaphRoad, Teynampet, Chennai 600 018 by 12:00 p.m. March 14, 2022.
