Honouring staffs and conservancy workers

On commemoration of 5th death Anniversary of P. Kotaiah Naidu, Father and Father in Law of the partners- P.Maruthi & P.Sudharshini of Maruthi Agency (Ashok Nagar), Dealer of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited organised an event on September 7 on creating customer awareness and honouring of conservancy workers of Greater Chennai Corporation and staffs of Maruthi Agency.
P. Maruthi welcomed the gathering. During his welcome address it is said that the Chief Guest V V S Gunaji  Rao, Territory Manager, Chennai Territory M/s Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd,is a role model  how a leader of the team should be, stating that the response he gives in a Sunny day or shiny Day, or midnight or  rainy Day is amazing and inspiring. His humble attitude, simple way of living, devotion to duty is to be followed by others. While referring to Bharathiraja R, Manager, Sales (South) is very simple and result oriented, cautious in his actions. He is an example to get things done without ego but not letting out the status, dignity to the position.
V V S Gunaji Rao, appreciated for observing the death anniversary of Late P.Kotaiah Naidu  in this way  of  creating awareness  to the customers and honouring the conservancy Staff and postal, EB and staff of the outlet. He wished all the success to reach heights. Bharathiraja R, Manager,Sales, South Chennai gave details about Quality, Quantity, Safety aspects.
How to ensure quantity :
It is Mandatory to Sales persons in the retail outlets to show “Zero” and end “Reading”. Customers are requested to see the zero and end reading to ensure correct quantity is delivered. If customer has any doubt, he can ask for physical measurement. Dealer is bound to show the measure physically with Approved can. All Petrol bunks are automatised. Customers can check the quantity through the system. The above tests are done then the customer can be sure of correct measure.
How to check the quality: 
Filter paper, Density check apparatus are available in all the Petrol bunks. There is a misinformation about Ethnol mixed Petrol. It is supplied through lab tests. It is supplied after thorough check in Lab Ethanol test apparatus also are available in the Petrol bunks. Safety aspects to be followed by the dealer and customers: Many customers are approaching the Petrol bunks with plastic cans. As per Govt. norms for the safety of the Customers and the Petrol bunk it is strictly prohibited. Customers can bring A PESO approved Jerry Can which  is a legally compliant, heavy-duty fuel storage container certified by the Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization in India for safely storing and transporting volatile liquids like petrol, diesel. All the staff members were honored for doing their duty with devotion, in rain or shine.
