Sri Aurobindo Annai Arul Maiyam (9, Mahadevan Street, West Mambalam) has organised special program on Aug.15 (Saturday), aspart of Sri Aurobindo birthday celebration.
The following are program details:
6am: The divine Mother balcony darshan.
6pm: Special speech by T.R.Sathish on ‘ Savitri – Today’s life solution’.
7pm: Mass meditation and prayer.
Sri Annai Adigal (Founder, Sri Aurobindo Annai Arul Maiyam) said that born on August 15, 1872, in Calcutta, British India.
Sri Aurobindo (1872–1950) was an Indian nationalist, freedom fighter, philosopher, and spiritual guru. He shifted from leading the early fight for independence to creating “Integral Yoga,” leaving a legacy that bridges political resistance with human spiritual evolution to Pondycherry. He was author of Savitri book which 24,000 lines which is based on the legend of Savitri and Satyavan in the Mahabharata, which Sri Aurobindo reinterpreted as a symbolic myth of the Vedic cycle. Sri Annai Adigal said that 7am on Aug.15 spritual trip organised to The Pondy Ashram aspart Sri Aurobindo room darshan. Those who are interested have to register their names.
He said that similar programs will be followed in all centers including Mylapore, Ambattur, Nanganallur, Coimbatore and Savitri Devi Temple (Perumperukandigai, Acharapakkam)
