Literary forum, “Penakkal Peravai” organized a special interactive session titled “The Path I Have Traversed” featuring renowned cardiac surgeon Dr. Sivakadatcham, at the Tamil Virtual Academy Campus Auditorium, Kotturpuram.
Dr. Sivakadatcham provided insightful explanations and answered numerous questions raised from the public, regarding heart diseases and related health concern issues in the event. 
On the occasion, Social Activists Brigadier S. Jayalakshmi and Dr. Suba Ravishankar were honoured in recognition of their outstanding contributions to social service and national welfare activities.
As part of the event, educational assistance was provided to underprivileged students and medical financial assistance was extended to a physically challenged woman suffering from loss of mobility in both her legs. Totally, welfare assistance amounting to a total value of Rs.80,000 was distributed in the event. 
The programme also witnessed the release of the book “Kabir Dass – 100 Songs”, authored by writer Rajakumar. Among those who graced the event were noted Philanthropist Nalli Kuppusami Chettiar, N.C.
