Assistant Professor of Korean honoured for his contributions to education

Pulkit Sharma, Assistant Professor of Korean at SRM University, Kattankulathur, Former Assistant Professor at Dr. Manmohan Singh Bengaluru City University, and Former Korean Translator with the CID, Government of Karnataka, was privileged to be invited by Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan Former Governor of Telangana and Former Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry.
During the interaction, Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan appreciated Pulkit’s sincere contributions to education in Tamil Nadu and his efforts to strengthen cultural and academic relations between India and South Korea.
Pulkit shared that he had the opportunity to participate in an international conference in South Korea during a period when India was being led by visionary Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. He emphasized that under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, every Indian feels a deep sense of pride. He mentioned contributing to India’s progress and promoting stronger ties between India and South Korea is both a responsibility and a matter of great pride.
A particularly memorable moment for Pulkit was being felicitated with a shawl by Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan. Receiving such an honor from a respected public leader known for her dedication to the people and her support for education and youth empowerment made the occasion truly special.  This recognition stands as a testament to Pulkit Sharma’s hard work, perseverance, and commitment to academic excellence and cultural diplomacy. It marks a significant milestone in his journey and serves as an inspiration to young educators and scholars striving to make a meaningful contribution to society through education, international cooperation, and cultural exchange.
