Lions Club of Madras KRS (West Mambalam) organised free eye screening camp on Aug.17 at Cambridge Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Saidapet.
21 persons were diagnosed for free cataract surgery among 150 persons screened in a camp. The team of doctors from Kumaran Eye Speciality Center examined the patients.
The program was inaugurated by S. Bose (District Governor, Lions International 324l F) in presence of Dr.M.Kumaran (Founder of Kumaran Eye Speciality Center), R. Sivakumar (Zone Chairperson, Lions Club of Madras KRS), S. Mangayarkkarsi (President) and S.Y. Narayanan (Secretary).
