The awards were presented by S. Tamilvaanan (Former Judge, Madras High court) in presence of M. Praveen Lal (District Governor, Lions International) and Dr.G.Manilal (Past District Governor).
Muthazhagan and Malini are jointly rendering community service by providing assistance to fishermen families, Annadhanam to needy homes, medical and education assistances to needy persons.
