International Accreditation course on Kinanthropometry – (ISAK) was conducted in newly opened Tamil Nadu Centre for Sports Science (TACSS) at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Chennai.
Kapish,Tennis Coach from Anna Nagar, Chennai attended & completed his International Society for Advanced Kinanthropometry (ISAK) Level 1 Conducted by the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu (SDAT) in their newly opened Chennai Olympic Academy -Tamil Nadu Centre of Sports Science (TACSS) at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Chennai.
The Tennis Coach & Former National Player also said the ISAK Head Quarters in Spain, conducts its certificate course worldwide. This Year collabed with SDAT and conducted it by Dr. Anup Adhikari,ISAK(Level 4).
The Three day Course was inaugurated by L. Sujatta, General Manager, SDAT on June 13 at Chennai Olympic Academy – Tamilnadu centre for sports science (TACSS).
By Completing this Course one can know more about the Science on Kinanthropometry.
The core of Sports Science is to increase the performance of the Players/Athletes using Science. Also helps to Understand the Body types which varies from one to other such as Generation X , Millennials, Generation Z , Generation Alpha etc. and to train according to reach their Goal.
He also requests the SDAT to conduct more Sports Science Course/Workshops on Biomechanics, Performance Analysis, Strength & Conducting, Psycology, Physiology, Nutrition, Excercise, Recovery etc. in future.
