Srinivasa Rao, Founder of Srinivas Wood Works, Mugalivakkam, is a renowned wood sculptor. He has received many awards at the state level, such as the Tamil Nadu Government Award and the Malarvanam best wood sculptor award. He is skilled in the most intricate of crafts. Recently, a beautiful wooden sculpture of a Tamil annai, made by him, was presented to the Chief Minister M.K. Stalin and received appreciation.
