Precautions to protect from the hot summer

Stay Hydrated:
Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Avoid sugary and caffeinated drinks.
Eat hydrating fruits like watermelon, Muskmelon, cucumbers, tomato etc..
Protect Skin:
Use a sunscreen, hat /umbrella and sunglasses for protection.
Wear lightweight, loose-fitting cotton clothing.
Plan outdoor activities for early morning or evening.
Avoid Heat-Related Illnesses:
Take cool showers two times a day
Avoid strenuous activities during peak sun hours.
Stay in cool places and in shaded areas when outdoors.
By following these precautions, you can stay safe and healthy.
