Short story contest
Jay Yes Short Story Contests organised and sponsored by the Jay Yes Foundation with the primary aim of motivating students to indulge in the art and craft of writing. Workshop facilitated by six prominent authors of India. It is going to benefit students in their creative ventures and most importantly, the video links of the six topics covered will be shared with you for students who can’t attend the workshop.
Two prominent publishers have graciously come forward to publish the contests anthologies. There are two editions of the contest planned concurrently. Separate emails have been provided. Students can submit to both, but only one short story to each. This is a Pan India contest.
There are 2 sets of cash prizes for the students. Students of 18-24 years interested in creative writing can use the two opportunities. A short story written in English via email as an MS Word file along with the filled declaration form as attachments from 1200-2000 words in Garamond font/size 12, line spacing 1.5. Students can submit to both contests but only one submission per contest. Final submission of the date is June 27. Decision of the Jury will be final. Publisher will announce the results.
