Tamilnadu Photo Videographers Trade Union conducts signature campaign

The Tamilnadu Photo Videographers Trade Union (TAP VIT Union), West Mambalam, organized a significant signature campaign on March 20, jointly with CS3 and SOA Coimbatore on Ellis Road, Chennai. This initiative saw the active participation of nearly 500 photo and videographers, who came together to demand the implementation of a private board for photo and videographers by the Central Government.
The campaign aims to collect over 300,000 signatures from professionals in the industry, which will be submitted to the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, M.K. Stalin. The objective is to compel the government to recognize the needs and concerns of photo and videographers in the state.
The event was organized under the leadership of Video Ramesh (State President), Md AMS Najmudeen (State Secretary) and V. Saravanan (State Treasurer) of the TAP VIT Union. The collective effort underscores the unity and determination of the community in advocating for their rights and professional recognition.
