Navalar Narayana (residing in T.Nagar) was awarded Best Chennai’s Home Library for 2024 by Tamilnadu library Department recently for book collection at his home.
He also honoured by Anbil Magesh Poyyamozhi(Minister for Education).
He has book collection for more than 12,000 on various topics like vintage Tamil books, spritual books and biographical books.
Navalar Narayana is published number of old books which are not republished, his collections including 100 years old.
He also authored many books and written carnatic tamil Keerthans.
He also honoured by Nadhabrahmam organisation for his carnatic Keerthans during their 12 hours music concert held at West Mambalam on the occasion of Vaikunta Ekadesi.
