G. Uma Maheshwari, Headmistress of Velammal Vidyalaya, Mel Ayanambakkam has received the Best Teacher Award for the academic year 2020-21 instituted by Rotary Club of Chennai, recently.
The honorary award of excellence was accorded for her undaunted sprit and dedication extended in transforming the students to priceless diamonds, a press release said.
