Awareness programme held for differently abled persons
Tamilnadu Udavikkaram Association for the Welfare of Differently Abled(TNUAWDA) has organized for a awareness programme to the differently abled persons at Dr. MGR Janaki Matriculation School, Saligramam.
Rehabilitation officer of the National Career Service Centre for Differently Abled, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, Guindy, Dr.K.Parameshwar participated as guest of honour and explained in his speech about the various stipendary training programs such as printing & book binding, Animation and photography, Cutting & Tailoring, Computer Applications, General Mechanics, Automobile Repairing, Consumer Electronics, DTP training, provided by the National Career Service Centre for differently abled, to the differently abled persons, in the age group of 15-50, which will be very much helpful to them in getting Self Employment and Private Employment.
State President T.A.P. Varadakutti, State General Secretary Dr. K. Gopinath, Office bearers Deepak Kumar Gupta, Narayanan of TNUAWDA and the Secretary of the West Mambalam Traders Welfare Association Nellai Sivaraj participated and distributed Essentials, including Vegetables, fruits to 100 Differently abled beneficiary members of the TNUAWDA.
