On account of Amrit Kaal Vimarsh Viksit Bharat @2047, a Development Dialogue on Opportunities and Transformations towards Viksit Bharat @2047 was given by Newin Durai, Vice President, Infosys on Feb.27 at St. Cecilia Auditorium of Loyola Institute of Technology.
The function started with the prayer Swagatham. Dr. Sujatha Jamuna Anand, Principal,Loyola Institute of Technology, welcomed the gathering. Rev.Sr.Dr. Santhya, Correspondent, felicitated the gathering and spoke about how to use the cutting edge technologies in achievingViksit Bharat @2047. Then two students of LIT, performed a heritage dance emphasizing on the national integration and progress.
The chief guest Newin Durai delivered his chief guest address on Viksit Bharat @2047. He explained that India stood 10^th in terms of GDP, 10 years ago, and now it has progressed to 5^th position under the able leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He insisted that studies reveal that India will be the 3^rd among all the countries achieving a GDP more than 10 trillion USD with 5 years from now. In continuation of that, he enumerated the positive factors which will help India to become Viksit Bharat in 2047. He listed that youth power is the main factor of our country which is about 65% of our population. He added that if the young people of our country are guided in the right path, India will progress in economic growth, environmental sustainability, social progress and good governance which are the pillars of Viksit Bharat @2047. After his speech he answered the questions of the gathering.
