The Departments of Commerce, Management and Information Systems Management at Alpha Arts and Science College, Porur, organised an International Conference on Emerging Trends and Technological Innovations in Commerce and Management on Jan.24.  
The conference which was a resounding success brought together distinguished experts, researchers and academicians from various parts of India, Dubai, and South Africa, creating a vibrant platform for the exchange of ideas and advancements in the fields of Commerce and Management.
The Chief Patron of the International Conference was Dr. Grace George, Chairperson, Alpha Group of Institutions. The Patron of the International Conference was Suja George, Vice Chairperson, Alpha Group of Institutions. The conference witnessed the august presence of CA Babu Krishnamurthy, Founder and Chief Sherpa of Finsherpa Investments Pvt. Ltd. as Chief Guest and Professor Ravinder Rena from Durban University of Technology, Durban, Republic of South Africa as Keynote Speaker. Dr. A. Sivasankar, Principal, Alpha Arts and Science College delivered the presidential Address. Their addresses set a scholarly tone for the subsequent sessions, providing valuable perspectives on the emerging trends and technological innovations in commerce and management. The three parallel online tracks and one offline track of the conference were enriched by the expertise of distinguished Resource Persons. One Best Paper award for each track was presented. The conference received an overwhelming response with more than 150 research papers. A meticulous review process conducted by a dedicated technical committee ensured the selection of high-quality papers for presentation. The valedictory address was delivered by Capt.Venketraman, General Manager, Madras Management Association who released the ISBN E-proceedings.
