Velammal Vidyalaya, Karambakkam conducted a Mental Health awareness camp for students of Std.11 and Std.12 recently. The camp was organised to address the escalating mental health concerns among the students. Dr. D.C.Mathangi, HOD of Mind body medicine and Life style sciences, addressed the students and spoke about the importance of mental health and the best practices to follow in order to maintain good mental health while pursuing their academic studies based on her experience.
