Velammal Vidyalaya, Alapakkam celebrated Vinayagar Chaturthi on September 15, a festival dedicated to Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles.
The festivities commenced with the installation of a beautifully adorned idol of Lord Ganesha in the school premises.
The idol was crafted with meticulous detail and students had the chance to participate in decorating it with vibrant colours and flowers.This hands on involvement helped students connect with the spirit of the festival.
