A group of talented students from Velammal Vidyalaya, Alapakkam recently showcased their filmmaking prowess at the one-day Short Film Making Workshop organized by SRM Institute of Technology’s Film Technology Department at the Ramapuram campus. The workshop, held on August 26, provided a platform for young filmmakers to learn, create and collaborate.
The students from Velammal Vidyalaya who participated in this workshop displayed exceptional creativity, teamwork and dedication throughout the event. Under the guidance of industry experts and experienced instructors from SRM Institute of Technology, they delved into the intricacies of filmmaking, covering various aspects such as scripting, cinematography, editing and post production. It provided students with hands on experience in creating short films from concept to completion.
