The photo exhibition organized by The Hindu in commemoration of the occasion of Madras Day opened its doors to photography enthusiasts. Students of Velammal Vidyalaya, Alapakkam enjoyed the visual journey that spanned the emotions, cultures, and landscapes of the city. The photos were from the late 1940s till the early nineties on the theme Oor, Ula and Ulam which takes people down memory lane.
