On the occasion of the third anniversary of Malarvanam (emagazine), Ramki (Editor of Malarvanam) organised Sathanai Magalir Award function on Feb.19 at Bharathia Vidya Bhavan.
The chief guests of the event K. Bhuvaneswari (Compcare CEO and Dr. Kalpana Suresh (Ophthalmologist) were presented the awards graced the event. Bharathanatyam Dancers Dr. Lakshmi Ramaswamy and Dr.Nithyakalyani were awarded Rathna Kamalam, Best science and dance research achiever award. Best playback singer award to Sneha Narayanaswami, Uthavum Kuralgal award to Reshmi and Vinodh, Sangeetha Sudar Oli award to Carnatic singer Vidhyalakshmi Devanathan, Esai Laya Sudar Oli award to Ghatam and Vocalist artists V. Sivaranjani and V. Sivapriya.  Best Mother award to N Shakunthala, Sevai Sudar oli award to Sambavi Sankar, Best Nutrition expert award to Ramya Ramachandran, Best Bajan Madali guru award to VK Visalakshmi, Best writer award to Latha Raghunathan, Best upcoming artist award to SK Vidhya and Kola arasi award to Sandhya Thiyagarajan.
