Rtn.Dr.N.Nandakumar, Rotary District Governor 3232, Rotary International inaugurated the installation ceremony of Rotaract club of Saveetha College of Allied Health Sciences in Thandalam, Chennai.
Dr. Nandakumar appreciated the students for their community service in Government primary school in Kuthambakkam. He also encouraged the students to do more such activities to the society as a young rotaractors. Dr. D Jagadeswaran, Professor & Principal, Saveetha College of Allied Health Sciences highlighted the efforts made by the allied health students in various community related activities through Rotaract club, Unnat Bharat Abhiyan etc. He also lauded the efforts of the Chancellor Dr. N.M. Veeraiyan towards various community activities such as Tree plantation drive both within and outside the University campus. Rtn. Kathirvel Ganapathiappan, Dist. Rotaract Committee Chairman, Rtn. P.Meenakshi Perikaruppan, President, Rotary Club of T. Nagar and Joy Rebecca, Faculty Coordinator of SCAHS Rotaract Club also participated in the event.
