Foods to beat thirst in summer

Summer is the primary season in our nation. It is critical that we take precautions against this extreme heat.
A big part of this is diet. It’s advised to stay hydrated throughout the summer by drinking plenty of water and consuming soft drinks like buttermilk, barley water, jeera water, orange juice and lemon juice.
A few of the best summertime fruits are watermelon, muskmelon, grapes, Ice apple and so on, which provide relief from the intense heat. Cucumbers and banana stems are key summertime veggies.
To enjoy some fresh air, it’s recommended to spend the evenings on our terrace or in the parks nearby.
All of us are aware of the aforementioned precautions, but we can still keep ourselves protected by keeping in mind and adhering to them each summer, such as reviewing all of the material before tests.
