As a part of spreading the ill effects of one time use and throwaway plastics carry bags, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India instructed all units of national green Corps (NGC) units to involve Eco clubs students to take green pledge, a press release said.
Students took Green PledgeAccordingly Eco clubs students of Angels Babyland higher secondary school, Tondaiarpet took green pledge in the presence of Thangaraj, District Coordinator, NGC Jaqueline, Sruthi and Bagya lakshmi to minimise garbages, to seggregate degradable and non degradables, to use public transport system to minimise air pollutions and to plant more trees.
