This article is about a woman who she changed her career from web designer to a Confident entrepreneur. Manju Meenakshi (Managing Director of Expert Educare) runs an Educational Consultancy at Ramapuram.
She recently received an award on Upcoming Entrepreneur. To go back she shares her difficulties and hindrances she faced through out her life but never stopped until her goals were achieved. She had to get married at 19 due to family circumstances. “ I did not want to give up on my education. So I studied with my husband support even after giving birth to my daughter” she said with a proud smile. Later she did a course on Multimedia and started a Web designing company. But it wasn’t as successful as she thought it would be. She then worked as a web designer in a Career based Consultancy but she felt she was missing out on something in life. “At some point, I realised my talent of being persuasive” says Manju Meenakshi. Later, she started her own Educational Consultancy in Chennai which has been successful ever since. She’s wants to mention that her daughter and friends have been a huge support through out this journey. Manju states, “If one has Self-Love and confidence, even after multiple failures our goals can be Achieved”. Now, she has been giving opportunities to many women to work full time and part time to feel and be independent.
