Gingee K.S.Masthan (Honourable State Minister for Minorities Welfare and Non Resident Welfare\u00a0of Tamilnadu) presented Samoogapani Chemmal Virudhu to Ln. Dr.Aavin K.Gopinath (State General Secretary of Tamilnadu Udavikkaram Association for the welfare of Differently abled TNUAWDA) for the\u00a0exemplary services rendered by him\u00a0 to the cause of the differently abled persons all over Tamilnadu.\u00a0 V.G.Yuvalakshmi (Std. 8), daughter of\u00a0 K.Gopinath, received Kalaiselvi Award for her dedication ardently towards the creative arts, with her main focus being music, well versed in singing Carnatic songs, Hindustani Classical music and Bharanattiyam Dance.\u00a0He is a creative artist too.\u00a0
