World Tamil Cultural Organization organised  programme  at  Kalaivaanar Arangam, recently.
Gingee K.S.Masthan (Honourable State Minister for Minorities Welfare and Non Resident Welfare of Tamilnadu) presented Samoogapani Chemmal Virudhu to Ln. Dr.Aavin K.Gopinath (State General Secretary of Tamilnadu Udavikkaram Association for the welfare of Differently abled TNUAWDA) for the exemplary services rendered by him  to the cause of the differently abled persons all over Tamilnadu.  V.G.Yuvalakshmi (Std. 8), daughter of  K.Gopinath, received Kalaiselvi Award for her dedication ardently towards the creative arts, with her main focus being music, well versed in singing Carnatic songs, Hindustani Classical music and Bharanattiyam Dance. He is a creative artist too.
