In a bid to contain Covid and Omicron variants, Velammal Main Campus organised a mega  vaccination drive for the students of Std.10 to 12 on Jan. 4.
Around 4000 students enthusiastically got vaccinated in this massive vaccination camp.
Velammal Main Campus in association with Greater Chennai Corporation organised this massive campaign for a noble cause.
Joseph Samuel, MLA, Ambattur Constituency inaugurated this vaccination drive.
 It was presided over by M V M Velmohan, Correspondent of Velammal Educational Trust and Sheela, District Health Officer, Ambattur.
Mansoor and Sahana (Sanitary officers) were also present at this occasion.
